Brilliant ski rental store with lovely staff who go out of their way to help ypu out. We turned up at 6pm and got everything sorted for the following day, including all the gear and a ride up in a mini van to the ski resort. They even gave us cards for the ski lift (saved us 300 SOM per person). They have a wide range of gear for skiing and snowboarding at affordable prices, which includes helmets and goggles too. 100% reccomend!

Super nice, super helpful, and gave a full refund when we didn't use the gear! We stopped in on a sunday night around 8pm to rent some sleeping bags for the next day. It was one of few places still open, and we were planning to head up into the mountains the next day with a storm coming in that was going to cause sub-zero temperatures and needed appropriate sleeping bags. They didn't have any sub-zero bags left, but we got a 1C and 4C bag for 500 som per bag per day, and left an ID as collateral. The next morning, weather forecasts had worsened and we called off the trip for safety. We stopped into the shop to give the bags back around 9:30am, expecting to just eat the cost, but were pleased to be greeted (again) with a smile and given a full refund and the ID back. Can't speak to the gear itself as we didn't use it, but the people working there are great, extended hours are super helpful, and prices are very fair!

I stayed in Karakol for over 3 months and used Kudrat’s services quite extensively. Kudrat and his staff are exceptional, and most speak good English. I used them for ski rental and getting up to the ski hill and back many times. I took lessons from Kudrat, and they were the best lessons I have had. I got great advice on what to see and do in and around Karakol. The team (Davliat and Erbol) arranged a 3-day road trip to Kel Suu, which was a real highlight of my stay. I strongly recommend that!

The only place that opens seven days a week, including weekends, with long opening hours. You can count on them to always be there for you. Not only that, but they also rent equipment in great condition and quality and are flexible enough for changes as needed. Recommended!

Rented tent, sleeping bag and poles on 2 seperate occasions for multi day hiking and both times were perfect for a really great price! Equipment is in great condition and new. Rented in early September where we experienced colder weather and windy conditions and the tent held up really well, as well as we stayed warm with the sleeping bags. The owner and employees there are also really friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and surrounding hikes as well!! :)

We hired a private taxi for 3 persons from this Company to travel from Karakol to Charyn Canyon, Almaty. The owner was very friendly and provided a well-maintained car. He was more like a tour guide — very informative and helpful throughout the trip. Since we arrived at the canyon earlier than our check-in time, he went out of his way to assist with the check-in process and even translated with the visiting center staff to help us. He speaks good English and also assisted us smoothly during the border crossing. Overall, a highly reliable and friendly service — highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this Company. The Nissan Patrol I rented from them took me to Sary Jaz valley with ease, where would be difficult to get to without an offroad vehicle. The communication with the owner was clear and easy. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would recommend this place to my fellow travellers who are in need of renting camping gears, ski equipments, and cars.

The young man who works there is always ready to help and offer advice, and everyone on the team is kind and welcoming. The tent is a basic Decathlon model: could be better, but it still works fine.

We rented trekking poles and sleeping bags for our 3-day hiking tour and can strongly recommend this Company! The items were in great condition and of good quality, plus the staff at the shop is super friendly and helpful!
