By submitting a booking request, contacting us, renting equipment, renting a vehicle, or participating in our tours, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

MIRANO Travel may offer:

• Private tours
• Trekking and adventure experiences
• Car rental services
• Outdoor gear rental
• Scenic transfers
• Custom travel planning and logistics support

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Submitting a form, message, or inquiry does not automatically create a confirmed booking.
All bookings become valid only after written confirmation from MIRANO Travel through email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication channel.
Availability may depend on:

• travel dates
• weather conditions
• route accessibility
• vehicle availability
• guide availability
• border or permit conditions

Prices shown on the website (if any) are informational and may vary depending on:

• season
• dates
• group size
• route complexity
• custom requests
• duration
• market conditions

Final pricing is confirmed individually before booking.

We may accept payment by:

• Bank transfer
• Payment terminal
• Cash payment

For some bookings, a deposit or prepayment may be required.
The booking is considered secured only after payment is received when requested.

Customers agree to:

• provide accurate contact and booking information
• arrive on time for scheduled services
• follow safety instructions from guides or staff
• respect local laws and customs
• use rented vehicles/equipment responsibly
• disclose relevant health or physical limitations when necessary

Many tours take place in mountain and remote regions of Kyrgyzstan.
Customers understand that such travel may involve:

• altitude exposure
• changing weather
• rough roads
• hiking difficulty
• limited infrastructure
• physical exertion

Participation is at the traveler’s own risk.

We may modify routes, schedules, stops, vehicles, or itineraries due to:

• weather
• road closures
• safety concerns
• force majeure
• operational needs
• government restrictions

Where possible, reasonable alternatives will be offered.

Vehicle rental may require:

• passport or identification
• signed rental agreement
• valid driver’s license
• security deposit (if applicable)

The renter is responsible for traffic fines, misuse, negligent damage, and violations of rental terms.
Additional rental conditions may be provided separately.

Customers must return rented equipment in reasonable condition, excluding normal wear.
Loss, severe damage, or non-return may result in additional charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRANO Travel is not liable for:

• weather disruptions
• delays caused by third parties
• border waiting times
• lost personal belongings
• injuries resulting from ignoring safety guidance
• force majeure events
• traveler negligence

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
